Explore the magic of Fort Wilderness camping with our camping package

Your vacation should not start or end with work. We take all the work out of it and the
only thing for you and your family is to enjoy your magical vacation.

This is what our Ft Wilderness 7 day Package offers:

• You contact Disney and secure a campsite through them
• Make sure the site is appropriate for the Travel Trailer you want to reserve
• Once you have checked in, we will be waiting in the parking lot. You will call us on our cell phone and give us your site number. We then meet you at the site and set up the camper.
• We level the camper, setting up the awning, arrange the patio rug, chairs.
• We hook up all power cords, sewer and water connections,
  hook up and program the cable for the TV (s),
• We turn on the air conditioning,refrigerator,  hot water heater and show you how everything
  works.
• It takes us roughly 40 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to review everything
  with you.
• The last day of your vacation, you leave the keys on the counter and leave the door unlocked  and leave.
• We pack everything up.

•                          What do we include in every package
• Tv / Dvd player
• Blankets, pillows and sheets for all of the beds - any bunks and the queen bed. If you need bed sets for the dinette and sofa let us know.
• A set of 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels , 4 washclothes, 4 dish towels
• Dishes, mugs, glasses and silverware for 4
• Cooking utensils
• Set of basic pots and pans -
• Cookie sheet and oven pan
• Crockpot
• Coffee pot, Filters, Folgers coffee and hot cocoa
• Dish soap, Hand soap, and cleaning supplies
• Roll of Paper towels , 4 pack of RV Toilet Paper
• Tinfoil
• Outside mat, 4 camping chairs and awning lights
• BBQ -utensils
•  If you have any special requests such as a bed rail for small kids please let us know

                                            EXTRA  Large Deluxe Package:
             $900 - 7 nights - additional nights $75.00

       Campers #4 , #9 , #11 , #16 , #17 , #18 , and #19 all have a large living room slide

• Full service delivery, setup and removal along with instructions as to operating and using the camper .

• If interested in adding a Golf Cart - it is an additional $180 for 7 nights and $25 a night for any additional nights.

Terms:

There is a $350.00 reservation deposit to reserve your vacation. the balance will be due 30 days prior to your vacation. Except holidays where payment is due in full at Reservation time. A $250 security/damage/cleaning deposit required the day before rental.
We are excepting credit card payments via the phone
We can also PayPal invoices which allows you
to pay with credit / debit or pay pal.
