PAYMENT /CANCELLATION

       
  • HOLIDAY -RENTAL - PAYMENT IN FULL WHEN SCHEDULED RENTAL - AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE

      THE RV ROOFS ARE OFF LIMITS.

    PAYMENT DUE DATE AND REFUNDING RENTAL FEES:
    PAYMENT TYPES : All payments are required 4 weeks before the rental date.
  • ****IF YOU ARE RENTING THE CAMPER IN LESS THEN 4 WEEKS THEN FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU SCHEDULE YOUR RENTAL - if we have campers open you can call today and rent tomorrow ***

    1) CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE - - I send a invoice and you then call us with your credit card information 4 weeks prior to the rental date. The $350 reservation deposit will be sent as soon as you notify me that you want the camper reserved.

    Full payment is required at reservation time if total is under $350.00 and is non-refundable

    2) paypal - I send a paypal invoice that you can pay with your credit card, debit card or paypal 4 weeks prior to the rental date. The $350 reservation deposit will be sent as soon as you notify me that you want the camper reserved. Full payment is required at reservation time if total is under $350.00

    3) check - I must received it 4 weeks before the rental date. The $350 reservation deposit must be sent out as soon as you tell me you want the camper reserved.

    Cash can be excepted for the $350 security deposit - $500 if out of state rental. Works best via paypal or Credit Card. That way I do not need to be home when you do the return and I can refund it to your account.

    Reservation Deposit is to hold the dates until the balance of the rental payment is due. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the pickup date if within 4 weeks then payment is due in full at reservation time.

    We do not refund the 350 reservation deposit
    If you have paid in full and we are more then 30 days from your rental date we will refund you the amount paid less the $350 reservation deposit.

    If it is a HOLIDAY you have a camper reserved then we do not refund any of your rental amount.

    We do allow our customers to have a store credit on their account for a cancelation - This credit can not be used for a HOLIDAY rental unless the cancelation is a HOLIDAY cancelation.

    We have already turned away many customers and missed out on being able to rent the camper and have to keep the rental fees. If you check with other rental companies it is all kept if canceled after full payment is made.

     You will find that I am much more fair then any others.

    Damages & Maintenance:All rental vehicles are checked out by technicians before leaving. It is still the renter's responsibility to keep up the daily maintenance during their rental period. Renters can be held responsible for all damage due to negligence and abuse done to the rental unit. Damage done by renter, road hazard, curb cutting, etc. are the renter's responsibility. THE RV ROOFS ARE OFF LIMITS.

     

    • Departure/Return Times: Allow 1 hour to complete the checkout process and paperwork.
    • Scheduling Pick Up Time: All pick-up times will be discussed one to two days before rentals. We have found this to be the best way for all parties. Please call a couple of days before your departure date to schedule your adventure.
    • Delivery & Pick Up Service: This is an optional fee for personal delivery and pick up of the rental unit. Fees vary, so see the rental agent for details.
    • Condition of Unit Upon Return: Rental units must be returned clean, and empty of waste and trash. Please plan your trip with this knowledge.
    • $350- refundable security / damage deposit required at pickup if paid in cash - $500 for out of state rentals
    • or the day before camper pickup if paid via credit card we get an authorization on your card.

     

    NO PETS ALLOWED - $150 FINE if it is found that pets have been in the camper.

    NO SMOKING IN CAMPER- $150 FINE

    Campers are clean and sanitized before each rental. You must return the camper in the same condition or there is a $55 cleaning fee.

    Waste tanks are empty at pickup You must empty before return. $40 charge to empty.

     

  • Prep Fee: This is a mandatory $25.00 fee. For this fee we will: sanitize and fill the fresh water tank, clean and sanitize the interior, scrub and detail the outside, replenish chemical stocks, plus much more!
    • Reservation Deposits: This is a mandatory $350 fee(full amount is due if under $350) This fee is required to hold a particular unit and time slot for each customer. This fee will be applied to the actual rental fee . This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation

    • Security Deposit: This is a mandatory $350.00 fee - $500 if out of state rental . Please note any issues with the vehicle before leaving the rental agency. If after the unit is returned and thoroughly checked by our technicians, about 7 working days, and there are no problems/damages or extra fees incurred, the full damage deposit will be returned to you.
    • You must pay this damage deposit with a credit card 1 day prior to pickup or cash at pickup or 7 days prior to the pickup if using pay pal. The unit must be returned with dumped black & grey tanks, clean inside & outside, and undamaged.
INSURANCE - We have rental insurance on all of the campers - This covers only the travel trailer - there is a $500 deductable .
You are responsable for the travel trailer while you have it.

    Generator Use: We have loud  generators for used at a rate of $25 A NIGHT You must fill the gas prior to returning the generator.
