FAQ's


How Does The Rental Process Work?
  1. Determine which camper fits your needs and your trucks ability if you are towing your self.
  2. Check the online calendar receive a quote. At that time you can put in your credit card if you wish to make a reservation. We will review the request and either approve or decline your rental request. If we approve then you will be scheduled. If we have to decline we will message you as to why we declined
  3. We require $400 or full payment, whichever is less. If that payment is not the full payment then your balance is due 30 days prior to your rental. If your rental date is 30 days or less away you will be required to pay the full rental amount to get you scheduled.
  4. If you then wish to get the camper reserved we will need a call with a Credit Card to get you scheduled. If your rental date is more then 30 days away , you will be required to pay either the full amount of the rental or $350 reservation deposit which ever is less. If your rental date is 30 days or less away you will be required to pay the full rental amount to get you scheduled.
  5. At pick up time we will spend about 30 mins with you going over the camper and how things work and what we expect you to do before returning the camper.
  6. A $350 security deposit is charged 2 days prior to your rental using the credit card on file. if camper is returned in the same great, clean condition it went out, and no evidence of pets (unless you were in a pet friendly and paid the $75 pet fee ) or damage then the $350 is refunded with in 4 business days.
  7. Enjoy and return the camper on your return date.

How Do I Figure Out The Costs To Rent?
  1. Take the nightly or weekly rental amount times the number of nights/weeks you will have the camper.
  2. We have a $25 prep fee on all campers that is added.
  3. If you want us to provide propane, $50 fee is added.
  4. Campers are clean and sanitized before each rental. You must return the camper in the same condition or there is a $55 cleaning fee.
  5. Waste tanks are empty at pickup You must empty before return. $40 charge to empty.
  6. We have remote brake controllers(if the camper you are pulling requires a brake controller) that we rent for $35 for length of your rental.
  7. If you rent one of our "pet-friendly" campers, there will be a $75 pet fee added.

Do We Need To Purchase Propane?

You need propane for the hot water, cook stove, and furnace. There are 3 options.

    1. Bring your own propane tank(the same one used on your gas grill at home)
    2. Have the tank on the camper filled yourself - $25 to $35
    3. We provide a full tank of Propane (LP) already mounted on the camper - $50

      We are proud to use XXXXX Professional Cleaning Services. Every rental unit is professionally cleaned & sanitized before each use. You can feel confident in know you will get a high quality unit you & your family can enjoy.

      What Is The Minimum Amount Of Rental Nights?
      • Most of the Year we have a 2 day minimum rental - UNLESS STATED OTHER WISE ON THIS WEBSITE!
      • Campers #8 - #9 - #11 - AND #16 Have 3 Night Minimum for Non-Holidays And a 4 Night Minimum On Holidays
      However on the Holidays listed below we do have a 3 night minimum;

      • Memorial Day Weekend*
      • 4th of July*
      • Labor Day Weekend*
      • ThanksGiving Weekend*
      • Christmas*
      If you wish to only use the camper 2 nights on those holidays we do need to still charge for 3 nights due to the high demand for these dates.


      Do We Need To Have Insurance That Covers Damage On The Camper / Travel Trailer?
      • All campers come with insurance provided within the rental rates
      • There is a $500 Deductible on the insurance incase of an accident
      • You(renter) will be responsible for the $500 Deductible if we have to submit an insurance claim

      What Type Of Hitch Is Required To Pull The Camper (if picking up yourself)?
