Disney's® Fort Wilderness Camping Package Overview;

  •  Make sure the site is appropriate for the Travel Trailer you want to reserve. By the way, our hybrids fit nicely in the popup 1500 & 2000 loops.

  • On the day of check in, we will arrive at or before your arrival time we will obtain your site number from Disney. If you get the site number before us text, call, or email it to us(see contact info below).

  • We will go directly to your site and begin setting up your camper / travel trailer.

  • We completely set up your rental camper with no work on your part! This includes the electric, water, sewer, outdoor mat with 4 camping chairs, awning with lights, scan for TV channels and more!

  • In the email that we send out one week prior to your rental there will be many instructions as well as a complete video walk-through that you want to make sure you watch prior to your arrival normally the camper is set up and on your site when you arrive and you will call if you have any questions

Our package price includes full service delivery, setup and removal along with instructions as to operating and using the camper. It takes us roughly 30 minutes to set up. If you are at your campsite after we are finished setting up and have questions after watching the video walk-through please let us know otherwise please call us with any questions.

Whats Included In Every Standard Fort Wilderness Package;

  • TV / DVD player

  • Blankets, pillows and sheets for all of the beds - any bunks and the queen bed. If you need bed sets for the dinette and sofa let us know, there is an additional fee for the extra bedding.

  • A set of 10 - 14 bath towels, 4 hand towels , 4 wash cloths, and dish towels

  • Dishes, mugs, glasses and silverware for 8

  • Cooking utensils

  • Set of basic pots and pans

  • Cookie sheet and oven pan

  • Crockpot

  • Electric skillet

  • Kuerig K-Cup Coffee pot, Filters, Folgers coffee and hot cocoa

  • Dish soap, Hand soap, and cleaning supplies

  • Roll of Paper towels , 4 pack of RV Toilet Paper

  • 4 camping chairs

Please let us know if you have any special requests, such as a bed rail for small kids.

Some basic restrictions;

  • All Fort Wilderness Packages must be delivered, there are no "haul yourself" and/or self-towing options.

Our cancellation policy:

We do not issue any refunds on payments applied to a scheduled rental we only allow a credit for future rental with Meacham's RV with no expiration date
